The location is located on Frankhauser Rd. in Amherst, NY. We have investigated this site 5 times and collected some very good evidence. The site is highly active. The activity is concentrated to the rear of the synagogue and not the building itself. The back story for this haunt, is that the land was once used as a dumping ground by a child killer. There have been reports of a male spirt carrying an axe, and child spirts moving about the woods and hilly area. So far, we have been unable to gather any evidence to confirm these stories. Another story surrounding this site, is that during the construction of the synagogue, a wall collasped killing three workers. We have noticed spikes in activity when using the workers names. The site may have also been associated with the indians, or have been an indian burial site, according to paranormal researcher Mason Winfield. We have collected several evps, witnessed a black shadow figure move from the woods and disappear near the building, and captured an excellent ecto picture. There seems to be a very negative energy surrounding this site. We can’t wait to investigate this site further.
