According to one source, though it was confirmed that an employee did in fact collapse and die at Betty’s Cafe, the current owners emphatically denied the ghost stories as being “unfounded and untrue”.

Employees report that objects at Betty’s Cafe will disappear and then mysteriously reappear later in unusual places.

Some employees have reported seeing the apparition of the employee who died at Betty’s Cafe. Specifically, the apparition has been reported near the back fryers.
