Located at the corner of U.S. Hwy 24 and Teller #1.

History:

This building used be the McLaughlin House in 1885. According to Shadowlands, James Costello died in the house. His wife also died in the house after sustaining burn injuries when her dress caught fire.

Haunting:

Disembodied footsteps. Apparitions have been caught in photograph. Poltergeist activity including objects that go missing from one location and then turn up in a a different location. Cold spots, especially upstairs.

Also reports of a musical moose that has been triggered to play without explanation.
