Location of Cry Baby Bridge:

There is some dispute about the actual location of Cry Baby Bridge. This may be due to the fact that the “bridge” is actually a “culvert”, at least according to some descriptions. According to some locals, the bridge is located near the Nature Preserve on Cap Ranch Road. Traveling past the Nature Preserve  1 to 2 ½ miles there is purportedly a very small bridge (the culvert). However, several online reports assert that there is no bridge-like structure in this area. If the culvert is there, it isn’t easy for non-locals to identify.

Another source says to take CR2100 off of FM779 north of Mineola to find the bridge. According to this report, the original bridge has been replaced by a concrete structure that has been repeatedly vandalized. It is covered with graffiti and located along a road with trees on both sides.
