The Haunting:

Paranormal activity centers around the Theatre and Auditorium. The ghosts (there are 2 of them, according to reports) are named "Walt" and "The Who". Mostly, reports are of things disappearing mysteriously backstage although strange sounds have also been reported including loud moaning sounds.

Schools are often reported as "haunted" locations. Perhaps because they house impressionable young minds, or perhaps because there is a constant emotional drama going on among the young students who spend nearly every day of their lives in the building. Paranormal activity may be either provoked, or at least more readily "sensed" by young people with open minds.

Theatres are also commonly haunted. Strong emotions and channeling have been cited as reasons behind paranormal activity in theatres.
