The Main Street Graveyard is located at the intersection of 900 N Main and 675 E which is also known as Thomas Road in Hancock County, Indiana. The area around the cemetery is surrounded by trees and fields. A ¼ mile gravel path leads into the Hays Cemetery | Main Street Graveyard. Follow this path and then turn right or left at the end of it (it doesn’t matter because it makes a loop around the cemetery). The oldest graves in the cemetery are on a hill.
This area is heavily patrolled. Get permission before visiting this location.

Anderson locals claim that people used to exhume bodies at the Hays Cemetery | Main Street Graveyard to use them for satanic rituals. A plant shaped like a pitchfork supposedly grows on the grave of a young child at this location. The child has become known to locals as “The Devil’s Child” as a result.
