Richmond Hill Inn is surrounded by picturesque gardens. The inn offers spa services and lavish guest amenities. It was built in 1889 by Richmond Pearson.

Visitors to the Richmond Hill Inn report seeing a respectable looking man in a high white collar walking the hallways at night.

The ghost of Zelda Fitzgerald has been seen in the Fitzgerald room. Zelda died at the Old Highland Hospital in a fire.

According to one source, the Richmond Hill Inn was destroyed by a fired in 2009. It was ruled arson. The Richmond Hill Inn appears to have been rebuilt.
