Located at 15th and Grand Ave.

The History:

Built in 1893. John and Margaret Thatcher’s family home. Furnishings, window treatments and items in the home are almost all original to the home. It is a 24,000 square foot home constructed in the Richardsonian Romanesque style. It is constructed of pink volcanic stone quarried near Castle Rock, CO.

The Haunting:

Disembodied noises and poltergeist activity has been noted at this location.
