Houma, Louisiana is a hotbed of paranormal activity. Folks actually live along Coteau Road and believe it or not, they often see shadow figures walking around in the distance near some metal sheds. (Some of the people who live in the area can hardly believe their eyes.) Strange mists also reportedly cross the road at times.

Check out the haunted Bayou Sally Road and the haunted Ardoyne Plantation as well if you’re in the area. The most unusual haunted location in Lousiana is Oak Manor Cow Graveyard, also a must-see in Houma, LA if you have the time.
