Once a hospital and a morgue, this building is said to be host to a variety of ghosts. Today it is home to some offices and a cafeteria. Security guards have reported paranormal activities in the basement of the building. There have been reports of unexplained noises. The elevator moves up and down when even no one is waiting for it or riding on it.
