On the Marblehead Coastline a group of British pirates robbed a wealthy woman on a beach. An emerald ring that she wore would not come off her finger. The pirates took her back to the ship to see if they could find things to help them get it off. When that failed, they took her off the ship and back to the beach and brutally stabbed her and cut her finger off. People have heard the screaming of the woman late at night to the early morning.
