History:

The community of Highlands Ranch was officially established in 1981, but there were settlers in the area at least 100 years before that.

Northridge Elementary has an enrollment of about 700 students.

Paranormal Activities Reported:

Disembodied voices have been reported on the playground as well as electrical phenomena in the school.
