The R. G. Sullivan Cigar Building is a 52,670 square foot, seven story building. The R. G. Sullivan Cigar Buildings was converted into office spaces in 1986. It was owned by the Gulf Coast Commercial Corporation until 1998 and then sold for $2.4 million to the New Boston Fund, Inc.
