Workers staying late at the Streetcar Place in Laconia often reported hearing disembodied footsteps, disembodied voices, and disembodied coughing sounds particularly on second floor during the time when shift changes would have been occurring.
Telephones reportedly ring at the Streetcar Place, but when people answer them, there is only static on the other end of the line. Doors open and shut on their own, unaccountably.
