This was the first VFW Post.

Haunting:

Apparitions and ghostly shapes have been reported in the hallway. Also loud rapping noises are frequently observed.

One report at Shadowlands said that the bar manager turned the tv on and throughout the course of the night, the channel kept changing on its own.

Speculation exists that the source of the hauntings comes from the various artifacts in the VFW museum and spirits who are attached in some way to these items.
