Manchester is the largest city in New Hampshire and northern New England. It is home to approximately 110,000 residents and located in Hillsborough County along the banks of the Merrimack River.

Wilkins Cottage, also reported by some to be the Cox Cottage is an abandoned building supposedly located on the north end of the campus where the functioning Youth Detention Center is located in Manchester, New Hampshire.
Ghosts and the Paranormal at the Abandoned Youth Detention Center in Manchester, New Hampshire:
Some have reported hearing strange humming sounds and light anomalies inside the Abandoned Youth Detention Center. Disembodied voices of a young boy and little girls giggling have been reported. Disembodied footsteps have been observed in the hallways. Orbs have been captured in and around the old Cox Cottage/Wilkins Cottage.
